This week for reading we had to learn about the short tail bats that live on the ground and they are only found in New Zealand. They are a protected species to us, they are native animals to us.  Here is my work for this week's learning.

Today we read a story called Stick and Stone. It was all about friends. For our play make create task my friend Aiden and I chose to create something for our friend. We made a rugby field for my friend Xoriin. He is a really good drawer and we think we did a very good job. We tried to beat him and he really loved it. We also had to write a poem about friendship. Here is my work.

 Today we were doing play make create and the teacher read us a book about saying it's ok to be different. Here is my poem about it. I also created a jack lantern to make people smile.
