ANZAC survival

ANZAC Survival
I watched videos about life in the trenches for ANZACs. I built my own trench out of lego. It has a wall for protecting the soldiers from bullets, guns to shoot the enemy, rats running around and water for survival.

Here is a picture of life in the trenches:

Next I compared foods we eat now and soldiers ate then:

This is my menu for a ANZAC soldier:
Breakfast: 2x hard dry biscuits
Lunch: Just a bit of water
Dinner: Corn Beef out of a can
Dessert: 1 teaspoon of jam

  2. Gidday Kyle
I think you are getting a good feeling for what life was like for the ANZACs.
The menu for the day does not sound very exciting! I like your venn-diagram showing what food we have, aren't we lucky?
